Everyone is welcome and it’s a lot of fun to watch some of these lesser-known competitions like “Hammer Toss,” or “Putting the Stone.” The main event takes place on August 2nd, 2015 with a “Thank You” 5-7 on August 3rd. Use the Metro Green Line and get off at Station Lasalle or Station De l’Église. Takes place in Parc Arthur-Therrien. Ask the front desk agent at our affordable hotels in Montreal for tips on how to get there easily.

24 Hours Inline Montreal

August 22nd to Sunday, August 23rd at Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve on Île Notre-Dame. What exactly is it? Inline rollerblade relay. This is great fun for all ages with the relays broken up into three categories: 6hour, 12hour and the full 24hour experience. Teams will relay to see who can get the most laps in each time frame. Can’t rollerblade? Come on down anyways and watch the fun, it’s a great atmosphere and a great way to see a new sport.
